Although HIIT is a cardio training, don’t do it as a beginner.
Choose the lenght of the suitable intensity and rest time.
During training don’t let your pulse fall down totally but don’t work on the maximum purse level or closer.
Pulse control is necessary!

HIIT is a kind of training which  contains changable high intensity blooks.

During training the short-time high intensite blocks are followed by less intensive block without stopping moving. HIIT training is used only with guests who has good endurance.

Popularity of this training is thanked for the fact that long-time cardio training is not necessary. Inspite of this  the effect of HIIT is better than cardio if fat burning is the purpose.

There were some researches about high intensity training which were for proving so called ’post fat burning’. During training the body  gets in lack of oxigen position so the energy goes to supply oxigen and reload the glycogen depots and ensure  a higher metabolic level.
