If you want to try without a personal trainer, try not to train with heavy weight.
Repetion should be at least 12, and 4 rounds.
Charging can be increased by changing incline of treadmill.

Power cardio training is created by Góg Anikó,  Olimpic champion in triathlon. The essence of it is during cardio training, extra outer stamina is given for training such as weight or rubber band. We can increase endurance and power at the same time.
